Previously as a partner in the largest independent chain, he set-up and ran their busiest offices while overseeing the sales network. Oscar James is his baby, literally. For his young son Oscar gives the business its name. Married to Victoria and devoted father of two, James’ professionalism and vast experience provides the inspiration and driving force behind the company.

Providing service excellence is the mainstay of our business. Vicky heads-up our dedicated customer support and liaison, to provide the vital conduit between our clients and our agency team. Her role, unique to Oscar James, is to create a seamless link in ensuring feedback is always delivered, updates are regularly given and moreover, that our customers know precisely what is going on at every stage of the sales process.

Vicki joined our ever growing lettings team in 2020 and comes with a career spanning over 15 years within the industry. Her knowledge and expertise along with the other team members sets our department above any other within the county. Having started as a part time administrator for an agent in the early 2000’s, she found herself letting properties within a very short space of time, so it was a no brainer for her to try her hand at being a lettings consultant. From here there was no going back and she now heads up our letting department covering Kettering, Corby and the surrounding area.

Lynda has worked in the lettings industry since 2011 having previously been a secretary in residential sales. She undertook the ARLA Residential Letting Property Management qualification in 2013. She soon recognised how important a properly prepared and comprehensive inventory is and how much this can vary across the industry. A professional and a diligent approach is essential in ensuring that tenants and landlords avoid financial loss and therefore she went on to specialise in Residential Inventory Management and took an additional bolt-on qualification to support this.
